A new chapter under Mihaela Craciunas
Mihaela Craciunas acquired HLC Talent in 2020. Bringing more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR consulting, she focused the company on a specialized range of talent management services.

With over 20 years of experience across various industries, both in operations and at the corporate level, Mihaela supports passionate decision-makers and builders who understand the importance of human capital for their organization's success.
Maria Ligero
Director, Talent Acquisition
Maria recruits people across the workforce – from production workers to tradespeople to administrative staff – drawing on her eight years of talent acquisition experience. This includes working as an in-house recruiter, with agencies, and as an independent.
Nayla Chamli

Strategic and proactive, Nayla has 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in various fields. Passionate and results-oriented, she is always keen to provide comprehensive support and quality service to both clients and candidates.

Our newest team member, Mallory's education is in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She has over six years of experience in Sourcing/Recruiting, Psychometric Assessments and Marketing activities.
